Avon Valley Runners took maximum points ahead of Slinn Allstars and Swindon Striders in the Wickstead Wander, Race 2 of the Wiltshire Off Road Race League sponsored by Push Active. First Wiltshire Affiliated club runner was Swindon Harrier’s Heath Bampton. Swindon Strider’s Fiona Gordon was the first lady to finish. AVR now lead the league followed closely by Team Bath AC and Chippenham Harriers. The next race in the Series is the Wiltshire XC Championships at Bath University on 8 Dec 13.
