The 2017 Wiltshire Road Race League kicked off with the Highworth 5 and saw Avon Valley Runners take maximum points to top Division One ahead of defending champions Chippenham Harriers.

Event hosts Highworth Running Club lead Division Two ahead of Royal Wootton Bassett Hounds – B.

Ben Psaila of Avon Valley Runners finished in second place overall with Katherine Uphill of Frome Runnning Club finishing as the first lady home and both now head the individual standings.
