2021/2022 Cross Country Season

Hello – I am the Wiltshire XC secretary. I am very much looking forward to the 2021/2022 cross country season after last year’s break!

We are holding the Wiltshire county championships as part of the Tri-Countries Cross Country Championships on Sunday 19 December [provisional date] at the University of Bath. I will post the link for entries when it opens.

We shall select Wiltshire teams to run at the South West Cross Country Championships on Sunday 2 January at RNAS Merryfield. Athletes will need to enter themselves for these championships. Athletes not selected to run for Wiltshire can run in their club colours. The selection for the national championships will be based on performances at these championships.

Wiltshire county teams will then be selected to run at the UK Inter-County Cross Country Championships to be held at Prestwold Hall, Loughborough on Saturday 12 March 2022. WAA will enter and pay for the selected athletes.
