Wiltshire Cross Country Championships 2024/25: Further Details

The Wiltshire Cross Country County Championships are to be held on Sunday the 8th December 2024 at Bushy Norwood field University of Bath.  Like last year, they are going to be combined with the Gloucestershire cross country league event 3.   You can find out more about the Gloucestershire league and enter the championships here – cross country – Cross Country (athletics4u.co.uk) Entries will open from 3rd November and close on 2nd  December.

For those of you new to the county championships we crown county champions for males and females in the following age categories – U11, U13, U15, U17, U20, seniors and masters age categories VF35, VF45, VF55, VM40, VM50 and VM60. The Wiltshire club team trophies will also be awarded to the winning teams of 6 males and 4 females. 

Following on from the county championships we shall be selecting Wiltshire county teams to compete at the South West Inter-Counties and the UK Inter-Counties events. Here are the dates for your diary:

  • South West Inter-Counties Cross Country Championships are on Saturday 4 January 2025 at RNAS Merryfield, Somerset.
  • UK Inter-Counties Cross Country championships are on Saturday 8 March 2025 at Wollaton Park, Nottingham.
