These are dates we are aware of thus far for 2025/26 for T&F and cross country

Known events for 2025/26 (updated 7th Feb 2026) :

Track and Field 

  • Friday 8th and Saturday 9/5/2026 – County T&F Champs Swindon entries will be through Roster – open in February/March 2026 and publicised on this page 
  • 6/6/2026 Southern & Midland T&F Champs
  • 13/6/2026 (tbc) – County Schools T&F – Swindon – entries through schools 
  • 20/6/2025 – SW Schools T&F – Exeter – selection by County Schools Association
  • 27&28/6/2026 – SW Combined Events – Yeovil 
  • tbc July 2026 English Schools – selection by County Schools Association
  • tb July 2026  – SW Championships Exeter – entries will be through Athletics in SW website http://www.athleticssouthwest.org.uk/

Cross Country 

The 2025 – 26 UK CAU Inter-Counties Cross-Country Championships event will be held on Saturday 7th March 2026, at Wollaton Park, Nottingham (the same venue as last season).

  • Sat 14th March – ESAA Cross Country Championships – Sefton Park, Liverpool
  • Mon 11th May – Wiltshire Quadrathlon 2026
  • Sat 13th June – Wiltshire Schools Track & Field Championships
  • Sat 20th June – South West Schools Track & Field Championships – Exeter Arena
  • Fri 10th and Sat 11th July – ESAA Track & Field Championships – Alexander Stadium, Birmingham
